Exclusive buyer’s agent | Full agency service
This service is perfectly adapted to the needs of UHNW individuals and families:
- Who live overseas and want to buy a home in France (i.e. as primary residence, pied-à-terre, second home or rental investment).
- Who need a single point of contact to manage the property search and acquisition from A to Z.
- Who need on their side a licensed buyer’s agent who will make sure that you don’t overpay.
This service includes:
- Finding/Selecting properties matching your search criteria
- Tour scheduling
- Accompanying you at showings
- Advice & assistance (i.e., due diligence)
- Contract negotiation
- Closing
It’s an agency service
- It means that I will be your designated agent. I will represent your best interests in the real estate transaction and owe you fiduciary responsibilities.
- The agency relationship will be established in writing with an ‘exclusive search mandate’ agreement (NB: ‘mandat de recherche exclusif’ in French)
Fees
My search and acquisition fees are borne by the buyer and payable only on the day of completion.
