Buyer finder | Consultancy
This service is ideal for owners who:
- Want to find the right qualified buyer for their prestige properties;
- Want to proactively look for potential buyers (instead of sitting back and waiting).
This service includes:
- Contacting in a quick and discreet manner potential buyers (i.e., who are looking either actively or passively to buy the finest properties, who may be interested in your property and who are financially qualified).
- Connecting prospective buyers with you (i.e., the owner).
It’s a consultancy (non-agency) service
- It means that I will not be your agent, will not defend/protect your best interests in the real estate transaction and will not owe you fiduciary responsibilities.
- The relationship with you (i.e., the seller) will be established in writing with a Finder’s Fee Agreement prior to starting the mission.
Fees
- The finder’s fees are borne by the seller and payable on the day of completion.
- Upon signing the service agreement, a non-refundable retainer fee will be charged up front. Should a transaction occur, this retainer fee will be deducted from the search fees payable at closing.
