This service is tailor-made for those who:
- Want to find exceptional real estate for sale in a quick and efficient manner;
- Are looking for hard-to-find real estate with specific search criteria;
- Are motivated, coherent and qualified.
This service includes:
- Contacting all the relevant selling parties and potential sellers to find properties/assets for sale matching your search brief
- Introducing you to the seller or her/his authorized representative
It’s a consultancy (non-agency) service
- It means that I will not be your agent, will not defend/protect your best interests in the real estate transaction and will not owe you fiduciary responsibilities.
- The relationship with you (i.e. the buyer) will be established in writing with a Finder’s Fee Agreement prior to receiving confidential information.
Fees
- The finder’s fees are borne by the buyer and payable on the day of completion.
- Upon signing the service agreement, a non-refundable retainer fee will be charged up front. Should a transaction occur, this retainer fee will be deducted from the search fees payable at closing.
